The business began with Ralph, known for being meticulous and deeply knowledgeable. He built his reputation on doing things properly, paying attention to detail, and making sure clients were genuinely looked after.

At the time, the business operated as Transport and Allied Insurance Brokers.

Rachael calls him “the professor,” and that description has always stuck because it reflects the standard he set from the very beginning.

Rachael joined later when he needed help. It was not a strategic decision at the time, but it changed the business in an important way.

Where Ralph brought precision and depth of knowledge, Rachael brought humanity, empathy, and a natural ability to connect with people. Clients felt that straight away.
